He is graduated in archeology from Tehran University and Islamic Azad University; the director of the Great Gorgan Wall Cultural Heritage Base as well as of the Gonbad-e Qabus World Heritage Base; and the deputy of Golestan Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization. Archeological expert; preparation of files of historical-cultural monuments of Iran for registration in the list of national monuments; membership, assistance and supervision of more than 40 projects and field research in cooperation with Iranian and international archaeological groups; participation in editing dozens of articles, books, visual and audio interviews and student thesis are among his scientific and executive achievements.
