The question of Qibla (the direction of kaaba in Mecca) and finding the Qibla is of superior significance in Islamic Sharia. Its significance derives from the important position mathematics; astronomy and geography have had in the world of Islam. At the same time, inspiration has been a great motivation in precise astronomical and mathematical calculation in Islamic scinces. On this basis intricate and admirable scientific instruments have been devised. As an important scientific and industrial centre in the Islamic period. Isfahdn has been endowed with a special significance. For the first time the above mentioned book has presented this significant manifestation of Iranian faith, science and art in the best possible manner on an international level. The greatest portion of the book (2/3 rd) pertains to the examination of geographical and Mathematical sources and maps for finding the Qibla that were devised in that period by Iranians in Isfahan. In writing the book, the author has referred to various sources and has even examined unknown style of writing .
